It's worth noting that to date I have not paid list price for the DSC connector shell and pins. My dealer sold me the DSC connector shells for $0.45 each and the pins for $1.03 each. As long as I continue to get them at these prices, I'll pass the savings along to anyone that gets a module from me. Subtract $27.30 from the total above if you manage to get a module from me while I'm still getting a decent deal on these parts. The price list above is just for those looking to go it on their own, who might wind up paying list price for these parts.
It's also true that I occasionally need to make substitutions due to availability. For example, right now I can't get Fairchild NDS355AN MOSFETs, so I'm using FDN357N instead (which are $0.50 each). Thus far, substitutions have not had a significant impact on overall price.
