• Laundry Room
  • Patch foundation cinder block with hydraulic cement
  • Install new QO breakers in secondary load box

• Septic pipe
  • Put second coat of sealer on outside with fabric
  • Bury the pipe outside
  • Reseal inside with hydraulic cement or regular mortar

• Roof
  • Replace pipe vent boots. I bought some 3" couplers to make the job easier.
  • Clean gutters.
  • Wash roof with water/bleach/tSP mixture recommended by shingle manufacturer.

• Garage
  • Install new garage door openers.

• Kitchen
  • Rebuild the cabinet under the sink with oak plywood. I need a table saw to do this work.
  • Refinish the hardwood floor, or replace it with ceramic tile.
